One-off assignments or packages
You book a one-off cleaning session (by appointment) or a package (cheaper) with VCS.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with practical information, after which you are entitled to 14 days reflection time.
Once your reflection period is over, it can take two to three weeks before the first cleaning session takes place, depending on the waste calendar of your municipality. We will of course keep you informed.
After the first cleaning session, our driver will place a sticker on your container to confirm your subscription. This also makes it easy for our drivers to recognise your container later.
